About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Special Instructor (SI) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA! This position offers flexible scheduling, flexible hourly compensation (up to $65/hour, negotiable), and flexible service areas, aiming to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from your home. We serve ages 0-3 in their natural environment and in the community. This is a W2, part-time position with benefits including free CEUs and employee discounts. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Special Education or; Bachelor’s Degree that includes 15 credit hours in in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Special Education
1 year of Full-Time or Full-Time-equivalent experience working directly with preschool children with disabilities and their families
Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required

Responsibilities

Provide support through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session notes, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
