This is a full-time/part-time position requiring up to 75% travel, primarily during the day shift. The role involves providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to three years old) with developmental delays or at risk for delays. The Special Instructor will work in natural environments such as homes, daycares, and community settings, establishing trusting relationships with families and coaching them to enhance the child's development. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and monitoring Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, maintaining accurate client records, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. The position also requires attending staff meetings and trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.
