Requirements

5-7 years of experience in the design of special hazard suppression and pre-engineered systems.
Previous experience working in AutoCAD or Revit is required.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Maintaining cutting-edge industry knowledge.
Ability to pre-plan and execute tasks with a great amount of detail.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of low voltage wiring.
Experience and knowledge of special hazard fire suppression systems.
NICET Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee project design progression from inception to completion including design, permits, as-builts and operations and maintenance manuals.
Develop a comprehensive design plan to meet schedules and budgets.
Participate in team and on-site progress meetings.
Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications while ensuring AHJ requirements and procedures are followed.
Multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines.
