Be at the Heart of the Action at Freedom Park! We are hiring an Experienced Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Miami Freedom Park - Nu Stadium. As the face of the fan experience, you’ll ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming arrival for every guest. Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Game Days).
• Must be able to run/move quickly to retrieve vehicles during the "post-game rush."
• Previous Special Event Supervisor experience is a must.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.).
• Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration for the entire scheduled shift.

Nice To Haves

• Customer Service experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-end experience for fans and VIPs.
• Resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Miami Freedom Park park entry points, local streets, and nearby freeways to provide seamless directions.
• Clearly communicate rates, game-day procedures, and retrieval times to customers during peak stadium hours.
• Navigate stadium parking structures and surface lots with care, observing all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Immediately report any incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the management team to ensure a secure environment for all fans.
• Attendance is critical. Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ensuring we are fully staffed for the pre-game rush.
• Maintain a clean, crisp, and complete uniform at all times, representing the professional standards of the Miami Marlins valet operation.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth, winning operation from the first inning to the last.
