About The Position

Now Hiring: Special Events Security Officers – Brooklyn, NY. This is a temporary assignment with an opportunity for permanent placement. We are currently hiring Security Officers for a large-scale, high-volume special event taking place in Brooklyn, NY from May 25 through July 30. This is an exciting opportunity for security professionals looking to gain experience working a major public event in a fast-paced environment. This assignment will require officers who are dependable, professional, alert, and comfortable working in busy crowd-management and event security settings.

Requirements

• Active NYS Security Guard License required
• Valid F-04 Fire Guard Certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain professional in high-traffic environments
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Must have full availability throughout the duration of the event (05/25 – 07/30)
• Must be willing to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Prior event security, retail security, or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitoring event entrances and access points
• Assisting with crowd management and maintaining order
• Conducting patrols throughout the event area
• Responding to incidents and emergencies professionally
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and staff
• Enforcing site policies and security procedures
