About The Position

CNH Group is a franchisee of Crumbl, a leading gourmet dessert company with over 1100 stores. We offer a wide variety of cookies, pies, cakes, and 'Dirty Sodas'. Our business includes a vibrant pop-up operation with custom Crumbl Dessert Trucks active throughout the region. The menu rotates weekly, providing a dynamic work environment. Our mission is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

Requirements

Previous food service experience as the primary shift leader responsible for leading staff, operations, and closing procedures.
Previous experience leading event setup, execution, tear down, and reporting while communicating with on-site stakeholders.
Track record of previous position(s) averaging more than two (2) years with fewer than three (3) total prior jobs.
Open availability with heavy lean towards Fridays and Saturdays.
Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date.
Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars.
Valid driver's license with at least 5 years without citations or insurance claims where you were at fault.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe equivalent certification within 30 days of hire if not already certified.

Responsibilities

Lead off-site sales team in the DMV region.
Coordinate, plan production, and execute pop-up sales events.
Manage operations from initial commitment to final reporting and financial reconciliation.
Learn the ropes quickly and take the lead in event operations.
Pass a background check for events at Federal installations.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Lead staff, operations, and closing procedures.
Lead event setup, execution, tear down, and reporting.
Communicate with on-site stakeholders.
Manage event profitability and tip collections.
