This position is for a Valet Attendant for Special Events in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The schedule is part-time and on-call, based on the event schedule. You will be responsible for greeting guests, directing customers, assisting with app-based parking payments, traffic control, and supporting teammates. You are not just parking cars - you are driving the guest experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
At least 18 years of age
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people
All applicants must submit to and pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR (motor vehicle record) review.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile, using names and eye contact to make them feel valued
Direct customers in and around the property
Assist customers with app-based parking payments
Assist with traffic control at the entrances/exits
Help keep traffic moving at trouble points in the parking deck
Look for opportunities to go above and beyond - from small gestures to standout moments
Support your teammates and help keep operations running smoothly
