Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card (Required)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned event areas and maintain a visible security presence
- Provide access control and credential verification when required
- Assist with guest direction and customer service
- Monitor crowds and report safety concerns
- Enforce event policies and venue regulations
- Assist with crowd management and line control
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Complete incident reports and daily activity reports as required
- Work closely with supervisors, event staff, and venue personnel
