About The Position
EDU-AIDs is seeking full time dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to join our team in Lawrenceville, NJ for elementary and High school, where you’ll help empower students with diverse learning needs to reach their full potential. This position is for the tenure of Aug 2026 till the end of the school year. We have two positions available: one for PreK-3rd grade and one for 9-12th grade (High School). At EDU-AIDs, we know that special education is more than a profession, it’s a calling. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching as a Special Education Teacher
- A valid state Special Education Teaching License
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
- A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction for elementary school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and student support teams
- Foster a safe, inclusive classroom culture that promotes growth, confidence, and achievement
