About The Position

Clarifi is seeking a motivated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based assignment in Washington during the 2026–2027 academic year. The educator will support students’ development by recognizing their strengths and challenges and translating individual learning needs into opportunities for growth. The role focuses on helping learners build confidence, strengthen essential skills, and make academic progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Strong classroom management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills.
• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement.

• Experience in resource, inclusion, or self-contained settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide specially designed instruction aligned with individual learning profiles and student IEP goals.
• Modify and adapt curriculum, classroom activities, and materials to ensure equitable access to learning.
• Monitor student performance and track behavioral and academic progress, using data to refine instructional decisions.
• Partner with general education teachers, service providers, administrators, and families to maintain a unified support network.
