About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher in Winchester, New Hampshire, beginning in January 2027, for the 2026–2027 school year. The organization uses a personalized placement process to match educators with roles based on experience, preferred age group, caseload interests, and geographic preferences. Responsibilities vary by placement. The teacher will receive support from a dedicated Service Delivery Manager, ongoing mentorship, collaboration with related service providers and district teams, and access to resources and professional development. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification or eligibility for certification.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services.
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Use evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions.
