Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Knowledge of Essential Elements of Effective Instruction (EEEI) and willingness to attend staff development

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based instruction that connects academic concepts to real-life situations.
- Monitor progress using formal/informal evaluations and maintain accurate documentation for IEP implementation and state compliance.
- Partner with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain a structured, positive classroom that promotes student engagement and emotional safety.
