About The Position

Innovative Network of Knowledge is a dynamic and rapidly growing virtual company focused on innovation in education. We aim to transform the K-12 online learning experience through a Project Based approach, supported by personal Educational Concierges. Our synchronous and asynchronous opportunities, co-teaching, and workshop labs provide an immersive and challenging educational environment. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certification in one of the Core subjects (EC–12) for special ed.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with TEKS.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and respect for every student.
• Ability to Push-In and Pull-Out students to foster the appropriate support needed for students.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records of grades and performance.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school-related activities, staff meetings, and professional development.
• Proctor In Person state testing as determined by geographic location.
• Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with the student code of conduct.
• Comply with all school policies, state laws, and district guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
