Responsibilities

Assess functioning levels to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral objectives.
Write functional educational goals aligned with student needs, IEP/IHP/ISP guidelines, and federal, state, and company policies.
Prepare and implement daily written lesson plans and tailored teaching techniques.
Track student progress using objective data collection and approved monitoring systems.
Direct and coach classroom staff and instructional aides.
Design and implement individual student behavioral programs.
Manage adaptive/assistive equipment and devices.
Provide direct student care, including feeding, toileting, positioning, and transportation assistance as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in IEP meetings to evaluate program effectiveness.
Complete all required paperwork in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
