About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Anoka, MN area. This role involves 0.5 FTE High School Teaching and 0.5 FTE Elementary Behavior Intervention Specialist. The position is in-person, full-time, with 37.5 paid hours per week. We are seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
