About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Oregon school district to identify a committed Special Education Teacher for a full-time, school-based opportunity. This role is ideal for an educator who is driven to support diverse learners and foster an inclusive, student-centered learning environment. In this role, you will provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students receiving special education services. You’ll help students build foundational skills, access grade-level curriculum, and achieve individualized goals through structured instruction and ongoing support. This is a collaborative position where your expertise will contribute to a team-focused approach to student growth and success.
Requirements
- Prior school-based experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and report student progress toward established goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff.
- Deliver differentiated instruction designed to meet individual student needs.
- Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Modify curriculum and instructional strategies to support student achievement.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain consistent communication with families.
- Support positive behavior interventions and maintain an effective classroom environment.
