About The Position
Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to work with pre-K students at a school in Walpole, Massachusetts. The position offers an hourly rate of $70 to $80 and a supportive environment with manageable caseloads and appropriate workspace and materials. The company is locally based in Boston and owned and operated by therapists. The teacher will create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), use teaching strategies tailored to each child's learning style, and foster a nurturing classroom environment for learners with diverse needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Massachusetts special educator's license.
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Commitment to the growth and success of all students.

- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
