Special Education Teacher – Inclusion (K-12)
About The Position
Cross Country Education is looking for 3 compassionate Special Education Teachers to join a supportive school team serving students with diverse learning needs in Easton, Maryland for the 2026-2027 school year. Provide academic and behavioral support primarily within the general education setting for elementary and high school students. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and classroom strategies tailored to a caseload of 10–15 students. Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse needs, including OHI, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Partner with general education teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student progress and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Maryland State Teaching License with an endorsement in Special Education

- Experience managing a diverse caseload across different age groups and disability categories, with a strong emphasis on providing services within inclusive classroom settings
