Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
• At least 1 year of experience working with students with special needs or autism.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing IEPs based on student data and using differentiated strategies.
• Participation in various meetings, PLCs, and ongoing supervision.
• Regular communication with parents.
