About The Position
NationMind LLC is an Education Staffing firm that partners with schools across the United States to provide them with the best staff. We are currently seeking skilled professionals for Special Education Teacher roles to join our expanding team. This position is for a Special Education Teacher serving the Elementary/Middle School level, specifically with a caseload of K-8 students. The contract duration is from August 17, 2026, to June 17, 2027, with a requirement of 35 billable hours per week. The hiring school is a small charter district serving the K-8 population. Candidates must have recent experience with elementary or middle school populations; those without this experience will not be considered.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience with the K-8 population.
- DOE Instructional Cert - Students with Disabilities.
- Recent experience with elementary or middle school populations.
Responsibilities
- Teach Special Education students in grades K-8.
- Provide instruction for 35 hours per week.
- Participate in on-site interviews including a demo lesson.
- Work with elementary or middle school populations.
