About The Position
The Douglas County School System is seeking compassionate and dedicated Elementary Special Education Teachers (Autism) for the 2026-2027 school year at Chapel Hill Elementary School. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Eligible for or currently holds a valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) teaching certificate in Special Education Adapted Curriculum and Special Education General Curriculum.
- Ability to deliver individualized and differentiated instruction to support diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
