About The Position
This posting is for a Special Education Supervisor, classified as an Administrator. The position is located To Be Determined and is scheduled to be available in August 2026. The role reports to the Director of Specialized Instruction.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field.
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate.
- Full approval in at least one area of Special Education.
- Michigan Special Education Supervisor Approval (or eligibility).
- Minimum three years successful experience in special education.
Nice To Haves
- Administrative certification or endorsement.
- Leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with MTSS, TCIS, inclusive practices, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
