About The Position

Transit Team, Inc. is seeking dedicated School Bus Drivers to join their team. This role involves the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school and activities. The driver is responsible for pre-trip inspections, ensuring child safety, and adhering to DOT regulations. Requirements

• Class C CDL (or higher)
• Passenger and School Bus endorsements
• DOT medical certification
• Clean driving record
• Dependable

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities
• Arrive at destinations on schedule
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Conduct child checks after each route
• Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes
• Maintain a clean, fueled, and well-maintained vehicle
• Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records
• Interact with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Perform other duties as assigned
