About The Position
Help students build confidence and achieve success! Join Cross Country Education as a Paraprofessional in Clinton Township, MI, and provide essential classroom support that helps students stay engaged, develop new skills, and reach their goals throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in individual or small-group settings, helping promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Assist classroom teachers with implementing lesson plans, classroom activities, and student support strategies. Support students with daily learning activities, communication, organization, and skill development while adapting to individual needs. Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment by encouraging student engagement and independence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet state and district paraprofessional requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting students in an educational setting preferred
