About The Position
Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is seeking Paraprofessionals to join Lakes Country Academy (LCA) in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This role supports K-12 students in a calm, structured, and highly individualized setting. Students are referred by local school districts and benefit from a supportive environment designed to meet both academic and behavioral needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 60+ college credits, OR completed Associate degree, OR passing score on the Paraeducator/ParaPro exam (may be completed within 30 days after hire).

- Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Responsibilities
- Support K-12 students in learning, social, and emotional development.
- Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Assist with classroom instruction and behavioral support.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a positive, inclusive environment.
- Receive on-the-job training and ongoing support.
