About The Position
Transition Plus is a community-based program for students aged 18-22. Instruction is provided on-site in the classroom and in the community. The role is 6.75 hours per day on a 10-month calendar, with working hours from 7:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The effective date of employment is the beginning of the 2026-27 school year.
