Paraeducator - Special Education 1:1 Student
About The Position
The Special Education Paraeducator provides 1:1 student support. The position is listed at Bowman Creek Elementary School, although building assignments may change. The schedule is 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, on a 180-work-day calendar. The position is classified under the PSEA salary schedule, with a stated starting rate of $28.82 for Para 3 (2026–27 school-year rates). The role is available upon hire and is open until filled. Applicants must submit a copy of a high school diploma and documentation of one of the following: an associate degree or higher, 72 quarter or 48 semester credits in 100-level-or-higher courses, or official documentation of a passing score on a Washington State-approved assessment.
