About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a South Carolina school district seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in a resource and inclusion setting. This opportunity is ideal for an educator who enjoys collaborating with general education teachers while providing targeted instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. As the teacher, you will provide specially designed instruction based on students’ IEPs, monitor academic and behavioral progress, and adjust instruction to address individual goals. The position will also involve working closely with families, related-service providers, and school staff to promote student achievement and meaningful participation in the classroom.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Hold a valid South Carolina teaching certification in multi-categorical or learning disabilities (LD).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to support diverse student needs effectively.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous special education experience is preferred.
