About The Position

Fern Ridge School District is accepting applications for a 6.5 hour Special Education Instructional Assistant position at Fern Ridge Middle School. This position will include small group/individual student assistance and supervision support. Some light cleaning and clerical work may also be required. Preference is given to candidates who are highly qualified. The successful candidate must be able to pass a fingerprint background check with the Oregon Department of Education (cost is $87.50).

Responsibilities

• Small group/individual student assistance and supervision support.
• Light cleaning and clerical work may also be required.
• Stay on a daily schedule and ensure small group instruction begins on time.
• Take direction and feedback from supervising staff.
• Multi-task and work within a flexible schedule and routine.

Benefits

• Pay Range of $17.07 - $21.48 per hour depending on experience for in-district applicants
• Pay Range of $17.07 - $17.85 per hour depending on experience in a similar role for out-of-district applicants
