About The Position

Salem Public Schools is seeking dedicated, student-centered educators and therapists for our 2026 Extended School Year (ESY) program. Our mission is to provide high-quality, specialized instruction in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) to ensure students with disabilities maintain progress and thrive during the summer months. Responsibilities

• Assist with behavior management
• Provide general supervision
• Support students’ social-emotional interactions throughout the school day
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA, counselors, administrators, and classroom staff to ensure student safety
• Implement behavioral intervention plans
• Respond to crisis situations across the school environment
