About The Position

The ESY coordinator will oversee 8 individual programs in 4 different school locations. The coordinator will organize all student services and/or related services by creating schedules; communicating with parents, teachers, collateral agencies, and transportation company; provide ESY teachers/service providers with necessary information and required documents. Responsible for student registration and transportation documentation that must be completed prior to June 1, 2026. The responsibilities above include, but does not complete, the list of the coordinator's duties.

Requirements

• Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (CORI), and fingerprints
• The ESY coordinator is expected to be in-district when ESY programs are in session.
• Additional time prior to the start of the ESY program is required to complete registration documents and meet with the Assistant Director of Student Services.
