About The Position
Provide daily instruction for students in accordance with Board approved curriculum. This role focuses on Special Education for students with Language & Learning Disabilities (LLD), Resource Center (RC), and In-Class Resource (ICR) needs.
Requirements
- Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: K6 Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) or Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSWD).
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act.
- Successful Criminal History Clearance.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization.
- Proficiency in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including Google Suite, IEP software program, and Genesis Employee Portal and Student Information System.
