About The Position

This position is a 1.0 FTE located at Innovation Elementary School. It involves implementing instructional programs that meet the needs, interests, and abilities of students, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and communicating with parents/guardians. The role also includes maintaining student records, collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring student achievement, and attending professional development and meetings.

Requirements

Teaching experience in the above mentioned areas.
Knowledge of best instructional practices.
Ability to integrate technology.
Experience in educational and instructional leadership.
Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
Special Education endorsement.

Nice To Haves

Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
