Reporting to the Special Assets Department Lead and VP Director of Special Assets / Senior Credit Officer, the Special Assets Specialist is responsible for internal controls reporting, designated repossession processes and repossession reporting, and a periodic review of classified loans to ensure appropriate accrual status and risk ratings are in place. Responsibilities include: 1. Reporting Provide senior management with monthly reports to ensure compliance with the bank’s SOX controls, including: Charge-Offs of $10,00 & Greater Loans moved to Accrual status on relationships of $250,000 & Greater Loans from to Non-Accrual status on relationships of $250,000 & Greater Monthly compilation of all Charge-Offs and review of specific Charge-Off forms to confirm proper authorization has been obtained 1. Repossession Process Prepare transfer forms, moving repossessed assets to the bank’s Other Asset General Ledger account Monitor and track the repossession process and provide monthly reporting on each repossession stage, including: Repossession DAYS Origin of Region and Lender Charge-Off done at Transfer to Other Assets DAYS to sell Gain / Loss in the Other Assets Account Overall COST or BENEFIT of the repossession 3. Credit Administration Process total loss insurance claims Perform periodic reviews of classified loans to confirm the appropriate accrual status and risk rating are in place and if not, propose the needed change(s) Work in conjunction with the Director of Special Assets to assist in the development of action plans and strategies on problem credits 4. Regulatory Keep current on all banking laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned or required

Responsibilities
