This position needs an experienced fiduciary professional who provides expert guidance to both internal resources (Business Development, Trust Administration, Tax, etc.) and external clients and advisors for the administration of special assets held in trust. We will use your expertise on real estate, closely held business interests, promissory notes, mineral interests, and other special assets ensuring all activities align with trust documents, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary standards. You will provide support to Trust Officers to assist our clients through this complex trust world. There may be some minimal travel required to attend client, advisor, and attorney meetings as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in finance, business, tax, or law
  • 3-5 years of working with trusts or special assets
  • Knowledge of trusts and all the provisions surrounding trust administration
  • Ability to be organized and detailed while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent client relationship skills

Responsibilities

  • Provides expert guidance to internal resources (Business Development, Trust Administration, Tax, etc.) and external clients and advisors for the administration of special assets held in trust.
  • Utilizes expertise on real estate, closely held business interests, promissory notes, mineral interests, and other special assets.
  • Ensures all activities align with trust documents, regulatory requirements, and fiduciary standards.
  • Provides support to Trust Officers to assist clients through complex trust matters.
  • Attends client, advisor, and attorney meetings as necessary (minimal travel required).
