About The Position

The Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a dynamic Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manager with active TS/SCI access at Joint Base Langley Eustis, VA. This role supports the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission within a cutting-edge Military Intelligence Program. The position involves the administration and oversight of day-to-day SAP physical and personnel security operations, including implementing security training, conducting annual self-inspections, advising leadership on security access, developing standard operating procedures, and fulfilling the duties of a Top Secret Control Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related experience OR a Master’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience (additional years of experience and advanced certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • Current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Experience with DISS/JADE.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of SAP experience within the past 5 years.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively with on-site personnel and enterprise AF DCGS stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Administer SAPNP Nomination Packages, including debriefing personnel and maintaining personnel security folders.
  • Maintain Facility/Physical Security Accreditation for assigned SAPFs.
  • Prepare and Review Facility Accreditation Packages, such as Concept Validation, Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST approval, Co-use Agreements (CUAs), MOAs, and MOUs.
  • Identify, Report, and Document Security Incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4, Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable service regulations/instructions for collateral requirements.
  • Develop and Administer Security Education Programs, including community-wide Security Education, Awareness, and Training.
  • Conduct Entry and Exit Inspections, maintain facility access control entry systems, access control badges, escort facility visitors, and manage associated logs.
  • Ensure ISS Compliance by operating, maintaining, and disposing of ISS in accordance with approved security policies and practices.
  • Provide specific training to users for safe operation and maintenance of ISS, including general security awareness and specialized privileged user training.
  • Manage Media and Memory Components, overseeing their review and release.
  • Perform Continuous Monitoring by establishing system audit trails and ensuring the review and reporting of all identified security findings.
