About The Position

This role is responsible for overall coordination of the spares & service business providing the purchasing, shipping and invoicing of spares orders shipped to customers. The role is an entry level position into a growing part of the Ascent Aerospace business portfolio.

Requirements

High School Diploma/ GED required.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Expectational verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Organization skills with attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manager multiple priorities.
Capable of making decisions independently and seeking assistance from management when necessary.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
This position must meet Export Control Compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22.C.F.R. is required.

Nice To Haves

Completion of 2-year college degree (Associates)
1-2 years of experience working in a program management role

Responsibilities

Update and maintain spare parts order tracker, recording all PO information, part purchase requisitions, shipment tracking information and invoicing for spare parts orders submitted by customers.
Coordinate reporting on all quotes received and quotes submitted to customers in response to RFQs received.
Track receipt of spare parts into Macomb, arrange shipping documents and repackaging for shipment to customers.
Request and track invoicing for all spare parts orders shipped.
Facilitate spare parts requiring value added labor going to necessary build department for assembly, modification or inspection as required.
Convert all quotes for PO’s received into Purchase Requisitions in SAP.
Provide updates to customers on the status of spares part quotes, orders, and schedules.
Proactively track spare part schedules and work with required vendors/departments to maintain.
Attend weekly Spares & Service team meetings to report out on order status and progress.
Monitor and report on key Spares and Service metrics.
Any additional tasks assigned by management.
