About The Position

Ready to step up and lead warehouse operations from the floor? We're looking for a Team Lead who brings hands-on expertise and a passion for driving efficiency, safety, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment. What will you do? Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, order preparation, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Manage inventory control and stock rotation to maintain accuracy and optimize space utilization Lead your team to meet operational targets while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and procedural standards Identify process improvements and solve operational challenges to enhance efficiency and service quality
