The company hires certified teachers and Subject Matter Experts or those completing their degree in Education, offering higher wages than the industry average. They are currently hiring for all subject areas, with an immediate need for an experienced Spanish tutor. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language and a passion for teaching students at various grade levels.

Requirements

• Experience teaching Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic educators.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Enjoy working with students and families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of learning styles and student needs.
• A qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree.
• Hold a valid Pennsylvania State teaching certificate or the equivalent thereof.
• Be a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificate.
• Have two or more years of experience as a private or charter school classroom teacher.
• Have experience as a lecturer/course instructor at an accredited U.S. University or College.
• Be a Master's/PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. University or College.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support to students based on expertise and knowledge of the state curriculum.
• Deliver Spanish language instruction in a clear, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Provide supplemental assignments to help promote greater understanding of the material.
• Offer remedial and enrichment support.
• Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress.
• Provide a customized approach tailored to the individual needs of each student.
