About The Position
The Gordon School at Beth David Congregation in Miami is seeking a Spanish Teacher for a full-time position, starting in August 2026. The school is looking for teachers dedicated to educating students and creating an atmosphere where they feel happy, secure, confident, and free to explore and question. Founded in 1986, The Gordon School provides an integrated curriculum combining high standards of secular academic excellence with the rich traditions of Jewish heritage to students from 3 months to 7th grade. As a pluralistic community school, it aims to teach children to cherish the wisdom and faith of Judaism, embrace its rich heritage, and promote growth and development in each child’s intellectual, social-emotional, ethical, and spiritual domains. The teachers are described as a passionate team of leaders and educators who work collaboratively to shift education and bring down barriers.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Must speak and understand English
- Able to work with students in Kindergarten - 5th grade
