About The Position

St. Teresa Catholic School is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and faith-filled Spanish teacher. The ideal candidate would be a Catholic who is able to differentiate instruction and utilize various teaching techniques that would promote creativity and inspire a love for the Spanish language in our students. The candidate should display a love for learning, familiarity with the latest trends in educational technology, and the ability to bring the curriculum alive, and work well with a team. This is a part–time position, with flexibility in scheduling.

Requirements

• BA in a related field from an Accredited College or University
• Current Florida Teaching Certificate or Letter of Eligibility
• Spanish Teaching experience
• Ability to evaluate, document, and communicate individual student growth
• Strong classroom management
• Ability to use various teaching techniques with the ability to integrate technology in the classroom
• Willingness to participate in professional development opportunities
• Pass a full background check
• Complete a 90-day probationary period
