About The Position

Tutors will provide Bilingual Spanish support in ELA to grades 8th through 12th. Schedule can be adjusted! This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping to close the opportunity gap and support urban students in reaching their full potential. Tutors will provide academic assistance in both English and Math. The role involves one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Literacy and exam prep. Tutors will collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive, while bridging language gaps to ensure every student has the support they need.

Requirements

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
• Participate in monthly training.
