About The Position

Kikoff is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Creative Manager (Contract) to support its expanding creative operations. The role focuses on ensuring that Spanish-language assets are accurate, impactful, and culturally resonant. This is a contract position, with an expected workload of up to 40 hours per week, offering the chance to significantly influence the experience of millions of Spanish-speaking consumers with Kikoff. The company is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech firm dedicated to empowering financial security, experiencing substantial growth and holding a unicorn valuation.

Requirements

  • Native fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong grasp of marketing language and cultural nuance.
  • Experience in creative operations, marketing, advertising, or content production.
  • A keen eye for detail in copy and visuals, particularly in how they resonate with Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Proficiency with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for minor updates to static assets.
  • Ability to manage fast turnaround times while upholding brand quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Review and vet marketing and company content for accuracy and cultural resonance.
  • Translate briefs into Spanish, paying close attention to tone and nuance; review and transcribe videos during production.
  • Track updates to Spanish-language pages of consumer-facing websites; edit or refine copy as needed.
  • Partner with the lifecycle team to establish a scalable system for Spanish-language lifecycle communications.
  • Update static visuals and translate ad copy, social content, and miscellaneous creative into Spanish, ensuring translations capture the intent and spirit of the original.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistency and quality across all Spanish-language assets.
