About The Position
Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy is seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Associate (AMFT, APCC, or ACSW) who is passionate about working with children and families. The role involves supporting underserved populations through difficult experiences and transitions. Izzo is a group practice known for serving clients with various needs, including divorce, custody battles, young children, reunification, depression, anxiety, trauma, low-income, and multilingual clients. Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Hold an AMFT/ASW/LCSW/APCC/LMFT license in California
- Operate from a growth mindset and understand that learning is a collective process.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, including notes, treatment plans, dx, and clinical enrichment.
- Collaborate with other professionals and leverage resources, training, and coaching for professional and personal development.
- Work with young children and receive training to become a proficient child therapist.
- Meet with supervisor for weekly group and individual supervision.
- Attend company meetings and individual Professional Development meetings.
- See clients in another language or utilize Interpreter Services for additional compensation.
