About The Position

We are hiring Castilian Spanish Voice Actors to work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data. Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required. We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, YouTube, Radio, or other related fields. You must be a native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain. This role is distinct from our Mexican Spanish listing — please apply to the one matching your native variety. You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.

Requirements

Native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain.
Proficient English speaker.
Ability to speak in a "customer service" voice — neutral to upbeat tone, clear enunciation, consistent pacing.
Close attention to punctuation, commas and dashes.
A professional audio recording setup: a home studio with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post-production.
Submissions must be WAV, 44.1 kHz, mono, with under one second of silence at the start and end, and no audible breathing.
