About The Position

KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools provide a nurturing, play-based environment for children ages 2 to 6 (PK2 through Transitional Kindergarten) across four convenient Bay Area locations. Our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum is fully immersive in Spanish, helping children develop confidence, creativity, and strong language skills alongside social and cognitive growth. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • At least 12 ECE credits
  • At least 2 years of early childhood education experience
  • Fully fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Pass a background check
  • Provide a Health Screening Report completed by a physician, which includes your Immunization Record, Flu Vaccinations and current TB Test Results

Nice To Haves

  • BA or MA in child development, or related field
  • Experience with Reggio Emilia
  • Minimum of 3 Infant ECE Credits

  • Support children’s physical, social, and emotional development through developmentally appropriate, child-centered practices using respectful, responsive language and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Co-construct learning experiences based on children’s interests, nurturing creativity, agency, and a strong sense of self, encouraging exploration, expression, and a joyful love of learning.
  • Communicate thoughtfully with families about their child’s growth and learning through ongoing conversations and conferences, building strong, respectful partnerships.
