Coordinates and delivers both interpretation (oral) and translation (written) services for individuals with limited English proficiency across all Intermountain Health facilities and virtual services. Manages time productively, displaying a proactive approach to the job. Responds to requests in a timely manner and provides staff with an estimated time of arrival for interpretation assignments. Refers staff to phone or video interpretation per guidelines. Use computer, software, and electronic tools for research, data entry and other communication purposes within the work environment. Maintains accurate and complete records of all interpretation events. Ensures data across multiple platforms or sources is consistent and accurate. Translates written material into one of more languages, ensuring meaning, context, and localization are maintained. Completes assignments in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
