About The Position

Insurance Paramedical Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Med Tech/Phlebotomist with strong Customer Service office skills to work in our fast-paced Orland Park, IL office. This position requires proficiency in drawing blood, experience with medical histories, computer proficiency, and excellent customer service skills. The role involves 70% office work, including customer service and scheduling clients, and 30% client interaction for insurance exams, drawing blood, collecting medical histories, and conducting pre-employment drug screenings.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy experience: 2 years
• Certified Med Tech or Nationally Accredited Phlebotomist
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.
• Must type a minimum of 35 wpm
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented individuals who are medically trained
• Friendly with great customer service skills
