About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish Bilingual Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or APRN/FNP) to join our dynamic multi-specialty healthcare team in Chicago. Requirements

  • Active Illinois PA or APRN/FNP license.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Passion for community-focused healthcare and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support positive patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinical protocols and physician collaboration.
  • Participate in care planning and follow-up management.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies.
  • Perform clinical procedures including: Suturing, Wound care, Injections, Immunizations, Minor in-office treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Provide counseling on family planning, child development, and preventive healthcare.
  • Promote continuity of care through patient advocacy and education.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
