About The Position

Peraton is seeking a motivated, senior Spacecraft and Ground Systems Integration Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to support our Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) program, delivering mission-critical satellite operations and ground system support for a government customer. This program provides real-time on-orbit support, launch and ascent operations, and End-of-Life (EOL) support for multiple national security satellite programs. The team serves as a key operational and engineering interface to the Satellite Control Network (SCN), ensuring mission success across all phases of satellite operations. Operations are primarily conducted at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado, with additional support at other operational locations as required. The program enforces rigorous information assurance standards to protect both unclassified and classified data across all domains. This role will be responsible for spacecraft and ground system integration for multiple mission systems and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. Integration activities include requirements identification and verification, launch and on-orbit operations, vehicle disposal, CONOP development, mission analysis, and on-console operations. Our ideal candidate will also provide expertise and have an active role in shaping on-orbit and future operations.
